Super Easy, Fast and Yummy Cookies

If you are like me you volunteer to bring things to parties and gatherings then lose interest in making food the night before. 

I don’t want to show up to every gathering with store bought food but I also don’t love making food.  I'd rather hang with the family or do the other 100 things on my To Do list. 

So this is my go to easy, just 2 ingredients,  recipe that I tend to abuse. 

Added bonus they are super yummy!


  1. White Chocolate chips
  2. Corn Flakes

About 3 12oz bags of chocolate to 1 18oz box of cornflakes. 

What you'll need:
  •  Freezer space ( for about an hour) or Fridge space (for about 3-4 hours)
  • Large sauce pot
  • Spatula or plastic spoon
  • Cookie sheets or something that will fit in fridge or freezer
  • Optional: parchment paper

Step by step ( looks like a lot but it isn't, trust me)

  1. On low heat begin warming chocolate chips in a large pot. 
  2. Stir, stir, stir.
  3. You should just begin to see the chips melt. 
  4. Slowly add some corn flakes
  5. Stir, stir, stir
  6. Watch to see how the chocolate coats the corn flakes. 
  7. Continue to stir so the chocolate doesn't burn or get powdery.
  8. Slowly add a little more corn flakes
  9. Stir, stir, stir
  10. Continue adding corn flakes and stirring until you can't see the golden color corn flakes and the chocolate looks evenly coated.  You'll have to make a judgment call as it is not an exact science. 
  11. Remove from heat
  12. Then lump them onto a cookie sheets (parchment paper lined: optional)  in small clusters about the size of a lemon or smaller
  13. Then put in freezer or fridge to harden
  14. Once harden you can put them in/on any serving dish you like.
