Why do I write.
I write for 2 reasons:
- 1st reason is because I love to learn and share with others
- 2nd reason is because I could improve my communication skills
Share What I Learn:
As I mentioned in earlier post I am a nerd. I love to dive into a subject. I typically enjoy learning and reading about sustainability, nutrition, health and personal finance. I would read up on things then tell all my friends and family. I tried a vegan diet and I was one of those people who had to share it with everyone and how amazing I felt. I annoyed everyone in my life.
I annoyed everyone in my life. Each time I found something new to obsess over I would dive into I would again, annoy my friends and family. So a co-worker recommend I begin blogging! And that I did. I did for several months before I got sick.
I am on a journey to improve myself both personally and professionally. One area I need to focus on is communication. My professional communication style is to gather all sorts of data and detail them with my management. That is not very effective or efficient process. I now have good guidance and working to fine tune the message. I figured blogging would be a great way for me to improve this skill
